Don Mar Policies




    Don Mar Guarantee - Don Mar strives to provide our customers with quality products. We value
    your opinions and suggestions. Please contact our office if we may better service you in any way.

    Delivery Orders     - Truck delivery orders require a $100.00 minimum order for delivery within
    our delivery area. Orders must be placed by 2:00 the day prior to your delivery. If your order
    contains chop and joined frames, please place your order two (2) days prior to your delivery.
     Please contact the office for the delivery day(s) in your area.

    Pickup Orders - Customers may pick up orders at our locations if they wish. Please contact our
     office to place your order before arriving.

    Fax Orders - Don Mar accepts faxes for ordering during regular business hours Monday - Friday
    9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    UPS - UPS orders are processed and sent out within 24 hours of ordering (Please allow additional
    time for large quantity orders). Don Mar is not responsible for damage occurring during UPS
    shipping.The following restrictions apply for UPS orders:



    * Glass will not be shipped UPS (With the exception of Plexi Glass)
    * When ordering 1-14 matboards, 4 sheets of foam board are required for packing at an additional
     charge to the customer.
    * Matboards sizes over 32x40 will not be shipped.
    * Wood and Metal Moulding lengths may not exceed 71/2 Feet in length.
    * Customer is responsible for all UPS charges.
    * A service charge of $2.50 will be added to UPS orders under $15.00

    Add On –

    Credit Card - Don Mar accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment.

    Credit Procedure - New accounts are automatically placed on C.O.D.. To open a credit account,
    you must complete a credit application and submit it to Don Mar for review. The first three (3)
    substantial orders will be delivered C.O.D., while the information on the application is processed.
    A requested amount of credit will be reviewed, and set based on the information provided.
    Please allow three (3) weeks for the review to take place

    Return Policy - If an item received is damaged or incorrect, please contact our office and we will
    issue a Don Mar delivery truck pick up so that the credit may be received. All returns items
    must be packaged in the same manner that they were received before they are
    sent back, or we will be unable to issue credit!
All claims must be made within five (5)
    working days of receiving merchandise. A return authorization number must be issued
    prior to pick up. Please check for defects, or size errors before joining frames.

    *Please check all merchandise before using. Any merchandise that has been cut
     or sized may not be returned for credit.

    Back Orders- Don Mar does not automatically reorder out of stock items. If a customer
     places an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock, the customer is asked to continue
     to order the item until it is received.

    Chop Measurements - A 1/8 allowance will be added to your measurements unless otherwise
    requested.

    Chop and Join Service - All frames are glued and joined. The approximate time for chop and join
    orders will be shipped two (2) days of order placement.


    *Large orders may require additional time to complete.

    Pricing Changes - Due to unexpected manufacturers increases, all prices are subject
    to change without prior notice.


    Restocking Fee - Any unused item that a customer requests to return Don Mar and
    Don Mar agrees to accept will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.



    MES - Don Mar will only be responsible for damaged or lost items up to the amount of $50.00 per order.
    Please keep this in mind when sending irreplaceable pieces. Any loss incurred over $50.00 will
    be the responsibility of the customer.
